Dear EMG Family, Friends, Colleagues, Clients and Guests.

I hope this message finds you well, still basking in the warmth of our recent Happy Hour event, “Embrace Gratitude, Embrace Growth with EMG: Unveiling The Power of An EQ & DiSC Journey.” As we reflect on the evening, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude for each one of you who graced us with your presence, both physically and in spirit.

The event was not just a gathering; it was a celebration of the incredible journey we’ve embarked on together. I started EMG with a vision to foster organizational development, grant writing and development, strategic planning, public policy, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and most importantly, to believe in the infinite possibilities that lie within each of us.

This past year has been transformative, and the right people have indeed shown up at the right time. I am immensely thankful to all who have supported, lifted, and partnered with EMG throughout these years. Your belief in our mission has fueled our growth, and for that, I am truly grateful.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from Karla Tovar, our Associate Consultant, who shared firsthand how Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has played a pivotal role in personal and professional situations. It was an easy decision to welcome her to the EMG Team. Months later, Maria Alcantar, another remarkable Associate Consultant, joined us, bringing her passion for utilizing NLP and Life Coaching to help people find their fulfillment.

The event was a testament to our shared commitment to using and expanding into the Emotional Intelligence and the DiSC methodology to empower individuals and organizations. The stories, connections, and shared enthusiasm for growth filled the room with an energy that was truly inspiring.

As we move forward, I want to express my deep appreciation for the overwhelming support we have received. Your belief in what we do fuels our passion to help individuals and organizations thrive. We are dedicated to creating more moments like our recent gathering, where we can come together to share, connect, and live the heart and soul of EMG.

In the coming months, we plan to host more gatherings, trainings, and coaching, both in-person and online, and we sincerely hope you can join us. Our journey is made richer by each one of you, and we look forward to creating more meaningful experiences together.
